The stuff people ask us most, all in one place.

Every print is made to order, so please allow 2–3 business days for us to print and assemble it before it ships. After that, transit time depends on the shipping speed you chose at checkout (Standard or Express).

Since every piece is custom-made for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, though, we've got you covered — see our Shipping & Returns page for details.

For some larger or more detailed prints, yes. We ship them disconnected on purpose, with glue and simple instructions included, so delicate parts don't snap in transit. It's a quick assembly, not a defect.

Our plain, non-character Poké Balls (Great Ball, Ultra Ball, Love Ball, Premier Ball, Team Rocket Great Ball) have a real mechanical keyboard switch built into the center button — so it actually clicks when you press it, just like opening a Poké Ball.

Maybe! Click the “Request a Print” button on the 3D Prints page and tell us what you're looking for — including Shiny forms or other variants we haven't posted yet.

Not currently — we only ship within the United States at this time.

No, tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, same as most online stores.

Anything Stripe supports at checkout, which covers all major credit and debit cards.

Not our own storefront, but you can find our prints in person at Gastly Ashley Trading Co. and Dark Side Video Games. We also vend at shows — check our Show Calendar to see where we'll be.

You'll get an email confirmation from Stripe right after checkout, and another from us once your order ships.

Right now, each “Buy Now” button is its own individual checkout. If you want multiple prints, just complete each purchase separately — we're working on a better way to bundle orders in the future.
